It is a fairly complete guide which covers stress/anxiety, depression, drug abuse and alcoholism, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), eating disorders, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). It also covers proactive wellness, apps for mental health support, and additional resources for students and parents. Suggested sites for help are listed for each. I am a little disappointed that it does not mention bipolar, which is what I struggled with when getting my degree.
