A mental health resource for college students

Recently a reader of my blog suggested a resource that he had been working on. I checked it out and it looks pretty good. Here is a link to the resource:

https://www.accreditedschoolsonline.org/resources/student-mental-health-resources/

It is a fairly complete guide which covers stress/anxiety, depression, drug abuse and alcoholism, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), eating disorders, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). It also covers proactive wellness, apps for mental health support, and additional resources for students and parents. Suggested sites for help are listed for each. I am a little disappointed that it does not mention bipolar, which is what I struggled with when getting my degree.

Check it out, it might be just what you need!
